Banana Bread
Ingredients:
3 medium ripe bananas + 1 banana

1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2-3 Tbsp maple syrup
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
3/4 cup dairy free milk
1 1/4 cup almond meal
1 1/4 cup GF flour blend
1 1/4 cup GF oats
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven on 350°F and line a 9 x 5 loaf pan
- Smash bananas in a large bowl
- Mix in all ingredients but oats, almond meal and GF flour
- Add last dry ingredients and mix in gently
- Pour batter in the pan
- Cut a banana in half and put it on top of the dough and drizzle some brown sugar 7. Bake it for 45 min or until a knife come clean.
